I haven't received any spams from NewsMax lately. Apparently, they are spamming someone else though. As for the DNS blacklists, how could you possibly know what IP address NewsMax was spewing its spam from? Spammers rarely use the same IP address as their "legit" mail server, so I wouldn't doubt that NewsMax.Com's mail IP address isn't on any DNS blacklists. Either way, they've spammed before, so one would think that they might be likely to spam again. Hence, they belong blacklisted. It has nothing to do with politics. Spam knows no political boundaries.
