Second DNSBL blacklist do not search the body of a message to determine spam, it only checks the origin IP number. To get listed on Spamcop, a message has to be reported a number of times by different subscribers, or the message was addressed to a designated spamtrap.. Spamcop automatically submits messages reported to the open relay blacklist for testing, and if it fails the test, it is then additionally added to the open relay blacklists. No one insists that the only blacklist solution is the one suggested by either Imail or Declude, they post the disclaimer that the listings were determined by their own rules.
