Apparently there are a few sites that are using Spamcop as their authoritative answer for who is a spammer. I'm not on any other lists and, thanks to Sandy's suggestion I saw the rejection from the server based on Spamcop's BL. I guess I have no way to correct the action but to wait for the TTL to expire. The sad part is I have no indications as to which user caused this blaklisting to occur, which translates to no way to prevent it in the future.
