The receipt requests bother me too, and as much as I HATE censorship I think
it would be justified to remove him in this case.  He's been asked nicely
several times by different people to stop the receipt requests and his
replies are usually crass and aggrivate me even further.  He obviously has
few skills of a civilized human and in this case the list would be better
without him.

I second the request.
