PEOPLE.... How is this in any way an Imail technical issue? If you have a problem like this, TAKE IT OFFLINE and quit wasting other peoples valuable time. If you are so concerned that someone would read your views, start a blog and make it public.

Guess what, just like laws are laws and regulations are regulations, rules are rules, whether anyone takes advantage of them or not, they are to be followed and adhered to. You are a consistent and intentional rule-breaker, so I would suggest that if you do not like the list rules, or do not want to abide by them, then either voluntarily leave the list, or IPSwitch should take steps to ban you from the list.
