maybe...copy the message, including headers, to a text file named D123456.SMD, and create an envelope file named Q123456.SMD (filenames must match except for first letter) using one of IMails envelope files as a guide, and drop them into the spool folder. Queue manager should pick it up again. You'll have to experiment to see what tests are actually performed again on such a message.
I haven't tried it but it's worth an experiment.
