We ran mxGuard for Spam and AV along with Declude Junkmail and AV for
several months during beta testing/development of mxGuard.  No problems were
encountered.

You have two options when using both products:
    1) Imail -> mxGuard -> Declude -> back to IMail
    2) Imail -> Declude -> mxGuard -> back to IMail
