I faced the same error when trying the server in our LAN: My PC has LAN IP and
the traffic is NATed, if you have to run the server with a LAN IP, this solution
worked on my machine:
In the server entry: put the IP of the NameServer for the dns blacklist ?! OK,
i'll tell you, in the http://dnsstuff.com page go to the DNS lookup tool, put the
dns blacklist servser name (e.g: blk.domain.com) and select [NS] from the menu,
click Lookup. From the results page pickup one of the NS servers, back to the
DNSstuff home page, with same steps, put the NS server name (e.g: ns1.domain.com)
and select [A] from the menu and click lookup. You will get the IP of that server,
use that IP in the server entry in the DNS BlackList. after that you will get
something like this:
Name Enabled Server QueryDomain Type TCPFirst
anyName YES 1.2.3.4 blk.domain.com DNS NO
where 1.2.3.4 is the IP we've got from the steps above.

->if this didn't work, try 'ping blk.domain.com', if it doesn't respond, it
may a problem with that server.

->If your server using Global IP, the above steps will not useful, but on
contrast, it will cause the problem. Just add the blacklist server name only with
server entry set (*).

->if the problem stay, make sure about any filters or firewalls you set!

(may be you supply more information, so we can help more)
