That's the only thing you can do.  We've dealt with this for years.
Ipswitch refuses to admit it, but their software should come with a
Hardware Compatibility List. Imail is simply not compatible with
certain Intel NICs (as well as Imail and many Gbit NICs). They really
should tell users this upfront as there is a quite large population of
servers with OB Intels and Gbit NICs.
