We were having the same problem. DO you have a reverse lookup record for
your official host in Imail? That fixed the problem for us. We were
getting MX failures from Hotmail and AOL because of this.

our server logs if we're blacklisted.  We don't...just the MX connect
fail...and we're at the detailed log level.

Their website may be incorrect and they may be blocking, but that's all
we
have to go on at the moment.

I'd heard that someone else had a real contact there...I'm hoping
they'll be
kind enough to share so we can get at least talk to someone and start
the
process of getting this resolved.

It's unlikely that you will reach anyone.  My guess is that they block
at
least 20% of legitimate E-mail.  At that level, there is no way they can
come close to dealing with everyone that is blacklisted.  Persistence,
though, is your best friend.
