We were having the same problem. DO you have a reverse lookup record for your official host in Imail? That fixed the problem for us. We were getting MX failures from Hotmail and AOL because of this.

It's unlikely that you will reach anyone. My guess is that they block at least 20% of legitimate E-mail. At that level, there is no way they can come close to dealing with everyone that is blacklisted.
