Yep...I know that parts of the Tampa Bay area had trouble Sunday, at least.  However, it's now Wednesday and I'm still seeing MX connect fail messages from RR mail servers all over the country.

Hopefully someone has a contact so we can talk to a RR mail admin and get an accurate picture of what's going on.

This may be too late to be useful, but I spoke to one of my users that has a RR account.  He said he was having problems last Sunday.  He called their tech support and one of them actually told him that one of their servers had a virus and they were busy attempting to fix it.  I believe he said they may have posted a message on their home page about it, though I didnt find any.

Anyway, I got this info secondhand, so take it take it with a grain of salt.

We're still having problems sending to RoadRunner addresses.  Tons of MX connect fail errors just to RoadRunner MX's.  Mail is getting through, though delayed as much as a couple of hours, since I told IMail not to cache DNS or skip failed domains, but I still need to talk to a RR mail admin to find out what's going on.

BTW, no messages in the log that we are on a block list...just the MX connect fail.

I've been tossed around through [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED], and [EMAIL PROTECTED].  It's the same old game of wait a few hours to a day, get a useless response, send a reply, wait, then get "referred" to another address.

Anyone have a real email address or phone number?
