Good luck to you. WE've been trying to get a hold of a human being for three months
now without success. I even had a RR customer from Tampa phone me up and he had a RR
tech support guy on the other line. He managed to weasel the phone number for the
security operations center in Virginia, and when I phoned it, I got a recorded message
telling me to email the problem, and it didn't even give me a chance to leave a
message.

RR is a joke. In the end I decided "screw this" and began blocking several of their
regional pops from sending mail to us. I've also been recommending to my customers to
tell those RR customers trying to contact them to stop using RR's mail service and go
get a Yahoo account. RR is a joke.
