George, you're not crazy... when I ran our update from 8.11 to 8.12 last night, the root WEB directory also didn't show any modified files. I also checked our other domain WEB directories and they also showed no modification. I didn't actually look at the HTML to see if it had changed, but when I downloaded the 8.11 web templates from the template gallery, it did include some updated templates. I have no idea if they were 8.12-savvy or not, but they seem to work fine. If they are, Ipswitch should really change the name of the zip file. If they are NOT 8.12-savvy, someone please let me and George know!
