Search for antispamseeder.exe - the docs are fairly good

Basically you need for forward spam to a "spam" mailbox somewhere, and
Ideally send "non-spam" to a "not-spam" mailbox. Then you can run the
antispamseeder program (I schedule mine to run daily) to read those
mailboxes. I also then automatically delete those mailboxes. You may want
to be monitoring those mailboxes to insure just spam gets into them if you
have some click-happy users submitting to them. You can also set up an
exclude list for the blacklist urls so particular urls don't get in there by
accident.

This will also train the baesian filter for those users... But if you have a
wide userbase or any using foreign languages that may not work well.

How would I set up the server to allow me to forward messages to the
spamseeder program? Forgive me if this is something explained in detail in
the user's manual...

And would someone please at least help me find the current spam lists (I
can't seem to find them on Ipswitch's website).
