Apparently mail to others at the jestais domain is going through
Seems to me this is a problem at their end and there is nothing I can do about it. Any other thoughts on it?
I agree; it's a problem on their end. You might want to try sending to that address from another mailserver to verify that it is a problem on their end. I'm guessing they have a mail loop, so any E-mail to that address would bounce.
