I'm not sure you quite understand -- the way it's set now (checked,
receipts being blocked) is the way you'll get blacklisted too.

If you have the Reject null <> senders box checked:
- Read receipts will be blocked
- Bounce messages will be blocked
- You will be blacklisted in places
- You are not RFC-compliant

If you have the Reject null <> senders box unchecked:
- Read receipts will be allowed through
- Bounce messages will be allowed through
- You will not be blacklisted because of it
- You are RFC-compliant

Having the box unchecked is what you want.
