Same answer :-) For Outlook/Outlook Express, for example, what you do is compose your page in your composer of choice. Then in that composer's browse mode (or a browser) you browse the page. Right-click on the page and choose Select All. Right-click in the page again and choose Copy.
Then go into Outlook, open up a new mail message, right-click into the client and choose Paste. Presto. If I'm not mistaken, this will also NOT include any html outside of the BODY tags.
