Have you excluded the Imail spool directory - and users directory from the Norton AV program? This needs to be done if it has not.

The memory could not be "written". Click on OK to terminate the program And of course after that the web messaging crashes. In the event viewer I also get the following error: The IMail Web Service service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 3 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 0 milliseconds: No action. With event id 7031 Source: Service Control Manager I have 512 MB ram and I'm running MS SQL server, norton antivirus (not with imail) and pc anywhere. Any help on the matter will be appreciated.
