directory - and users directory from the Norton AV program? This needs to be done if
it has not.

[IMail Forum] web messaging crashes Hi all, I bought imail few months ago. I have
version 8.05 after some patches etc... Before I used to have the trial version with no
problems. however as soon as I installed the prfessional version I started to have
problems. Basically I get this erros from 2 to 3 times a day: Application popup:
iwebmsg.exe - Application Error : The instruction at "0x77fcc8e1" referenced memory at
"0x00000000". The memory could not be "written". Click on OK to terminate the program
And of course after that the web messaging crashes. In the event viewer I also get the
following error: The IMail Web Service service terminated unexpectedly. It has done
this 3 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 0 milliseconds: No
action. With event id 7031 Source: Service Control Manager I
have 512 MB ram and I'm running MS SQL server, norton antivirus (not with imail) and
pc anywhere. Any help on the matter will be appreciated. Thanks Carlos
