For those of you who refuse (or are technically unable ) to block subscriber networks by PTR hostname...
Let's not go there again. It's been proven time and again that blocking such IPs is no good -- even the list you posted had about about a 15% false positive ratio; the DNSBLs knowingly include static IPs without letting the people using those IPs get removed.
Remember, the goal here is to block dynamic IPs and/or those without permission to send mail directly, while not blocking any static IPs that have permission to send mail directly. If we can do that, we all win.
