Having problems sending to a particular domain from any users on our Imail server... The applicable logs and returned mail headers are below: Any Idea what the problem is?
571 - MAIL REFUSED - Reverse DNS failed - IP address mismatch.
Only they can tell you what this means ("IP address mismatch" has no definitive meaning). It seems that their 2 primary mailservers have this flaw -- I can reproduce this with one IP that has a proper reverse DNS entry (as does yours), whereas it cannot be reproduced using another IP with a proper reverse DNS entry.
Either their mailserver's DNS server is broken, or they are running "crazy anti-spam tests" (ones that are really silly to use, which you shouldn't bother working around, because "fixing" the problem that causes them to reject your E-mail will almost certainly "break" another "crazy anti-spam test").
