This is the only client I am having a problem with, all others work fine.

This looks like a problem on their side -- it seems that they are never getting to the DATA command. Since it isn't getting to the DATA command, IMail never sees the body of the E-mail, so it has no idea of whether or not there is an attachment.

I would suggest it might be a firewall, but if so, the firewall isn't allowing the DATA command through until after the body of the E-mail starts being sent, which would be a Bad Thing (since your server might not allow the DATA command to complete successfully).

So I am stumped as to what could be causing this. You could prove it is not on your end by using a packet sniffer, but as to what the problem is (which I'm sure you want to know, since this is a client of yours), I'm out of ideas -- hopefully someone else here will have an idea.
