I run something similar with BIND 9.3.0rc2 and MS DHCP form Windows NT 4.0.  I have never had a problem with it.  Make sure you set your lease time for something low so that the DNS records are updated regularly.  Also make sure that all of your clients machines are set top update DNS via DHCP as well.

I know this is definately off topic, but with all the service providers and consulting firms out on this list I figured I'd toss this out.

I inherited a network configuration that is using MS Dhcp server (w2k) and Bind 9.2.3 build for W2k.

 

Everything seems to work ok except I get "leftovers" in the reverse file. Leftover - multiple names resolving to the same IP.

 

Any ideas on how to stop this would be appreciated OR if you know of a tool which can rebuild the reverse from the forward, let me know.
