During the recent flood of MyDoom, Lovgate, and Beagle variants Symantec
didn't get a pattern file released fast enough and I have a strong feeling
that the Beagle.AG virus got through yesterday. Does anyone know of a way to
scan the users directory for a file name (for example Beagle.AG has been
known to use "COOL_MP3.ZIP" as an infected attachment file name) and clean
the file without removing the entire MBX file? So far my efforts have been
unsuccessful, and IPSwitch technical support was no help.
