I think it has to do with Imail's internal DNS cache - on
the Q manager tab, you can tell Imail to use its own DNS cache, limit the
maximum number of entries in that cache, and clear the cache. You might want to
try clearing the cache and upping the max number of entries.

A client is saying that she is not getting all mail from
"domain.co.nz"
Going thru the sys log I found this
