What is the error message? Is a javascript error? The login page refreshes?

What is the message that the webmail page gives you after a login?
Have you checked the webmail logs (W1 and W2 log files). In W1 log files you
can check out if there is an authentication error or make sure the account
is not suspended

Have you tried the same user in a different machine? Or other user in the
same machine? With that said, are you sure it is a specific machine issue?
Or a specific user issue?
