Well, this is saying to go to mail.stat.com at IP 65.163.175.10 for the
answer.

Asking NS1-AUTH.SPRINTLINK.net. for 10.175.163.65.in-addr.arpa PTR record:
ns1-auth.sprintlink.net says to go to mail.stat.com. (zone:
175.163.65.in-addr.arpa.)

This is it asking mail.stat.com for the answer, but mail.stat.com at IP
65.163.175.10 is not answering:

Asking mail.stat.com. for 10.175.163.65.in-addr.arpa PTR record: Timed out.
Trying again.

So the records have propagated.
