Declude seems to detect less SPAM lately (since a month or so). We haven't
changed anything in our settings. Is anyone having the same problems?

A follow-up on this, since the thread has taken many twists and turns. :)

The issue here turned out to be that the customer has dozens of gateway/backup mailservers that the spam may get routed through, which is an extremely unusual situation. For optimal spam detection, Declude JunkMail requires a list of the gateway/backup mailservers (otherwise, Declude JunkMail will see the E-mail as coming from the gateway/backup, which is normally considered non-spammy), and many of the gateways/backups were not listed in the Declude JunkMail configurations.

Before someone mentions that IMail v8's anti-spam doesn't require such a list, that's because it can't handle the IP-based spam tests when gateways/backups are encountered. :)
