The Imail server that identifies itself as webmaster.networkrichmond.com
does not accept mail for thompsoneverett.com, and DNS says that
mail.networkrichmond.com is the one and only MX for thompsoneverett.com.

Mail.networkrichmond.com is an alias (CNAME) for kronos.networkrichmond.com.
That server has an IP address of 64.240.180.22, but your server attempted to
connect to 64.240.181.61, which is actually the A record of
thompsoneverett.com.

So you have here the old problem of Imail using the domain A record even
though a valid MX record exists.

Call Ipswitch and let them attempt to prove to you that this problem doesn't
exist, like they did for me. We have had the problem, there has been much
discussion of it on this list (search the archives), and AFAIK there is no
resolution short of adding an entry to your imail server's HOSTS file.
