The receiving mail server is our server: mail.evox.com but we have to change the sending mail server to smtp.west.cox.net. We are able to receive emails fine, however, when sending emails, the error is returning cannot find evox.com. I don't understand why its looking for evox.com, since we are using the cox cable servers to send out email. This has only stopped working within the past 2-3 days. I've also tested to make sure it wasn't their server by logging on to cox cable's webmail and sending out an email, at which we received immediately. Any ideas? The email client is MS Entourage.
