Hi,
One of my customer service folks called to advise that they didn't receive an email that was sent to the [EMAIL PROTECTED] list.
All of our email is also copied to the masterbkup account, for record keeping purposes.
The log shows that the email did get delivered to the masterbkup account, and it does have all this activity for the list delivery, but the spool Q ID doesn’t match. Does IMAIL create a different Q ID for list email?
What does the 360 next to the LST orders line mean?
Did this email from [EMAIL PROTECTED] get delivered to the orders list or not?
