Have him check through web mail and see if the file is still there. If
it is have him delete it through the web mail interface.

Subject: [IMail Forum] Multiple copies of same email

Hello All,

I have a customer that uses OE and he keeps getting the same emails over
and over again, his setup does not include "leave mail on server".

I think OE has an index file that tells the server what emails it has
already downloaded and I think that file is probably corrupt, but I
can't remember the file name. I know I had a problem like this before
and deleting that file and OE recreating it fixed it. Anyone know that
file name? I have searched microsoft KB but can't find it.

Thanks.

Jerry
