We have always had difficaulty with HTML formatted emails - the email gets faxed not showing the body but does show the attachment name ... We use this feature with a handful of our web sites we host (restaurants, etc) and process text emails from web forms that a site visitor fills out; since we control the text vs. html issue, this has never been a problem for us.
