You  wouldn't  be  able  to  authenticate based on the IP address that
connects  to  your  web  server,  no matter whether it were dynamic or
static.  IMail sees the IP address _of the web server that connects to
the mail server_, not the end user's client IP!

There's  nothing  complex  here. You know the IPs of your web servers,
right? Enter those in the 'Relay for Addresses' list in IMail.

a) Enter the web servers' IP addresses in 'Relay for Addresses.'

b)  Use  a  web  SMTP  component that can send SMTP AUTH to IMail (for
example, CDOSYS, which comes with IIS).
