I have to say though after I called back (after holding for an hour and
slamming the phone down) Tamara was quick to call me back.

Did the full install last night everything seems fine now.

It used to be you could call the 781-676-5700 number and get customer service, tell them that support had instructed you to call to get a password for the full install, and they would give it to you. ***Usually*** customer service isn't as backed up as tech support is. There are only around 5-7 tech's, and one supervisor in support, so when something goes wrong, they are slammed.
