I posted this question once already but then it occurred to me that I didn't mention my company is using IMail 8.12.
We are doing horrible at filtering but our employees get really aggravated if an email from a client is labeled as spam. I can't seem to get some clients white listed from being scanned for html errors but I hate to get rid of that spam check.
Any advice?

Hello! I have been white listing addresses given to me by fellow employees but for some reason messages filtered as spam due to html content are still being flagged as spam. Is there a way around this?
