More details would be helpful but here's some stuff to start with

1- Check the <mail from> field from the SMTP connection (in the log) and
include that domain as a white list entry.

2- If you have a white list entry such as <domain.com> and receive
<host.domain.com> it won't be identified as a white list entry. You'll need
to add <host.domain.com> in the white list.

3- Make sure you restart the queue after updating the white list.

Hope this helps.

Subject: [IMail Forum] Whitelist doesn't apply to HTML?

I posted this question once already but then it occurred to me that I didn't
mention my company is using IMail 8.12.

We are doing horrible at filtering but our employees get really aggravated
if an email from a client is labeled as spam. I can't seem to get some
clients white listed from being scanned for html errors but I hate to get
rid of that spam check.

Any advice?

Hello! I have been white listing addresses given to me by fellow
employees but for some reason messages filtered as spam due to html
content are still being flagged as spam. Is there a way around this?

Thanks!
