I use both declude junkmail and AV and it they both do what they say on the tin. - I have had no real problems with them but Scott monitors this and the other two mailing lists and is always there to help or to give very timely solutions to new developments in viruses and spam.
For quality of support and product it is hard to beat declude even if the prices do seem to have hiked since their buyout. I am leaning towards Declude's product at the moment. We currently use an old version of Mail Marshal and want to upgrade. The only products I have experience with are Mail Marshal on Imail and Sybari Spam Manager on Exchange. Does anyone have any strong feeling one way or the other about Declude? I can read their website for the positives but has anyone had any major problems with their product? Their support? Software updates? Thanks. ================================ Craig M.
