I have heard there was a setting in BI as such: IF <IPAddress> causes
<number of errors> in <amount of time> block IP address for <amount of
time>.. I don't know how to set this up but believe it can be done

I don't think you can stop a dictionary attack with BI.  That's legit mail
just addressed to arbitrary users.

You either open the mail ports or close them.
