We use it but I would not use the statistical filtering or the DNSBL unless you have your own DNSBL and trust taking action on. I have founs that the spam filter actuall has the fewest false positives at a 98 on low sensitivity. I got too many false positives when it said it was 100% shure it was spam.   We use declude and an internal DNSBL. the gateway deletes the message if it is in the black list. This si the only reliable thing the spam filtering does.   The virus filtering is great. Symantec is not the quickest at getting out sigs so I suggest you use attachment blocking for the most common types of virus attachments.
