I have looked through the archives and I can't seem to find this problem talked about but I seem to remember the issue being raised. I have numerous users that primarily use webmail. They are able to stay logged on all day long without a problem. What happens is, about 20% of the time when they try to send mail, they get knocked out and asked to log in again. This usually happens after they have type a long email and they hit send. Their email is lost, no record of anything being sent, then the subsequent request to logon. Any help would be appreciated.
