I have selected "Ignore Source Address"  It was not checked before.  I've asked one of my clients that was having problems to check it for me.

Thanks.

Search the archives and the KB Ignore Source Address.

Most likely, those users are either on a Satellite connection, EarthLink connection, Ameritech connection, some times PPPoE connection, or AOL.

Subject: [IMail Forum] WebMail Problem

I have looked through the archives and I can't seem to find this problem talked about but I seem to remember the issue being raised.

I have numerous users that primarily use webmail.  They are able to stay logged on all day long without a problem.  What happens is, about 20% of the time when they try to send mail, they get knocked out and asked to log in again.  This usually happens after they have type a long email and they hit send.  Their email is lost, no record of anything being sent, then the subsequent request to logon.

Any help would be appreciated.
