How much actually deals with client info (data that would need to be archived). We have an account which we email project related emails. We place a flag "(###)" where ### is some client number in the Subject line and an incomming and outgoing filter automagically copies the email to this account. Since we use Outlook as our email client, a dedicated machine collects the emails and rules file them into folders. Once a month we archive from this machine. Works for us but we probably don't have your volume.
