It's not a customer shafting,  it's seems like more of a change in their
business philosophy, product direction and target audience.

Ipswitch has stated they will honor all service agreements until they
expire.  You will not however, be able to purchase any additional service
agreements without upgrading to one of the suite offerings.

While these changes are disappointing, it is not a breach of any promises or
service level guarantees.  Expectations of refunds are not realistic.

IMO - The mandatory AV is what will kill the product's future in the small
shops.  The fees are just way too high to justify. Larger installations
won't have any problem with it - and they are likely the customer base
Ipswitch is trying to target.
