While I have no solution in place, I have looked into this a bit for a client.
It appears that unless some one rights an app, the way to do this will be using the copy all account combined with Imail rules to copy all into a mail box. Then you can do a couple of different things. 1 is to use the Bat I believe which can read the mail box file. The other would be to then POP3 that mail box to Outlook to a PST file, then use a third party software that can read and index PST files.
