I believe that Ipswitch should give you at least 50% of your money back. I
am very sorry to read this post.

It is my opinion that you can continue using 8.13 for a while. It is a nice
product if you need it as a good MailServer solution (no collaboration with
Outlook).. and for antivirus and antispam there are plenty of options to
stick with. You won't loose your investment if you keep using it for a
while. 

Support pretty much comes from this list (from other users).
