I doubt the list will go away... perhaps a purge of it, but not much more.
Unless, of course, Ipswitch feels too much support money is lost from people
giving advice and decide to shut it down for that reason.  If this came to
pass, people would obviously setup shop elsewhere, but this event would
probably get a 'so what' reaction, similar to what I think may have been the
reaction when those one or two people at Ipswitch nobody ever listens to
(you know the ones that really do have a clue) said "this is a stupid idea
and people will be pissed".
