No problem here Matt, I just think that it's possible that one or some of
the people at Ipswitch had a "better idea" and it may not have been what
everyone there would have agreed with. Hence I am waiting to see if anyone
is looking for a job tomorrow and them going back to business as usual with
a public apology for putting us through this unneeded stress. Perhaps the
full moon with lunar eclipse or a chemical reaction to something stored in
the building had an influence on their new ICS marketing strategy - tragedy
:)

I just know that I really would rather not spend a lot of time fixing what
for the most part works ok right now. On the other hand I will do whatever
it takes unless there is a full 180 degrees here. People do make mistakes,
perhaps I am making one as well for even giving them this one chance.

You would still trust this aspect of your life with them? They drop
their customers over the side and say "oops... sorry!" when they
realize that action and those surrounding it is a bad thing (assuming
of course they do back off)?

Not picking on you personally, Ted. Just using your post to ask the
somewhat rhetorical question. I took this debacle as a sign to move
on, once the shock and anger wore off.

Now I'm ticked that I'll have a lot more setup time on a new server
next week, as I learn new software, which I hate doing. But I'll be
better off, I think.
