The use of the command was working flawlessly with all versions prior to
8.*. Now it doesn't work properly. I followed the instructions from the
Ipswitch KB when I created the alias. Maybe that WAS my fault. I'm now
thinking seriously about alternatives. After all, I don't see cluster
mentioned anywhere in Ipswitch's "new" product and their solution to load
balance.

I use addueser on 8.13. Looks to me like you are calling it with crap. Might
wrap it in a .cmd file that logs (echo %* >> logfilename) the parameters and
then calls adduser.

Maybe your source is to blame, not the sink.

User Registry Entries

I have tested it on several versions including the latest and its still
broke. I also tested versions of 8.x and it definately broke at 8.1

I tried using a version from 7.x and 8.x but I believe the registry paths
changed so it doesnt work with versions 8.1+

It amazes me that adduser.exe and isplcln.exe were broke in the 8.1 and if
they were aware of it how hard could it possibly be to fix what ever
changed...

I spent hours today deleting over 10,000 bad registry entries that have been
piling up since i upgraded to 8.1 in the spring. My nightly Imail reg
backups dropped an average of 2MB in size, one dropped over 4MB in size.
sigh.

I have yet to get a response.
