If you want to archive _all_ mail inbound and outbound you can enable the "copy all mail" function in the SMTP Security setup and point it to any email account you want...Caveat: Many people that have used this feature have ignored the reality of this particular mailbox getting really huge very quickly and hence had trouble opening it after a few months..I would archive the mailbox regularly based on traffic...   Hope this helps Eric S ----- Original Message ----- From: Darin Cox To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Thursday, November 04, 2004 8:39 AM Subject: [IMail Forum] OT: Outbound Email Archiving Anyone know of any good products to do archiving of outbound email?  We have a customer who wants to keep all inbound AND outbound correspondence.  Inbound is no problem, obviously, but they need a solution to keep a copy of all outgoing messages through some sort of SMTP gateway.   I doubt they have much of a budget for it, so we would be looking for the least expensive, most simplistic solution   Thanks, Darin.
